Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in handcrafting each piece of jewelry with care and attention to detail. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please keep your order no and the email associated with your order to reference all returns and exchanges. Returns must include a copy of the delivery packing slip or invoice.

Please be aware that this return policy applies to USA only. Orders placed from other countries are not eligible for returns at this moment.

Returns

We accept returns on most items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please email us at contact@worldoftanvi.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping address and further instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Items must be in unused, unworn, and original condition.
  • Exchange requests are subject to availability.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10–14 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items (if marked final sale)
